Singulated Device Tester integrated with Handler
Qtest also offers a range of testers integrated with handler for single or multi-site testing. The UPH for the single site test handler is about 900; the UPH for the multi-site (4 sites) test handlers can reach 2400. For very high UPH needs at a reasonable cost, Qtest is able provide such solution.
The handler is designed for quick change-over between packages. The tester sits on a trolley together with the load board and can be readily removed from the handler for quick changeover, easy operator access and maintenance.
