QT162- Fpca Functional Tester

QT162 is a mixed signal functional tester that is designed to be used for production testing of hard disk FPCA and other electronics devices. The tester checks for open, short, ESD injury and pre-amp functionality with loads being switched-in to simulate actual conditions.

In many cases after the components are assembled onto the flex, there is a requirement to ensure that it is assembled properly and working functionally. QT162 is the answer to this problem.


- Max test freq is 25MHZ - Min drive resolution of 61uV with a ange of -2 to 8V. - Can be interfaced to fixtures via hard or soft dock.
